Server Onboarding

INTRACT onboarding is designed to help GTA RP servers launch customizable clothing directly through their Tebex store with minimal setup.

The onboarding process walks server owners through:

  • Setting up the INTRACT FiveM Plugin
  • Creating customizable clothing Packs
  • Connecting assets to Tebex
  • Setting up Discord integrations
  • Launching customization contests

Everything is designed to be simple, scalable, and beginner friendly.

Full Server Onboarding Process

Step 1 — Set Up Your FiveM Server

Install the INTRACT FiveM Plugin directly onto your server.

  1. Download the INTRACT x FiveM Server Plugin.
  2. Install the plugin inside your FiveM server resources directory: /fivem/server-data/resources/INTRACT
  3. Copy your organization's unique INTRACT Secret Code.
  4. Paste the secret into your server.cfg file.
  5. Restart your FiveM server.

Once restarted, the INTRACT plugin automatically sends your server endpoint to INTRACT and completes the connection process. That is all the server owner needs to do.

Step 2 — Pack Creation

Packs organize and manage your customizable assets.

  1. Create a New Pack — Dashboard → Create Pack
  2. Import GTA V Models — select models from the INTRACT GTA V asset library and import them into your Pack.
  3. Build & Lock Pack — Pack Settings → Build & Lock Pack
  4. Install Pack on Your Server — Pack Settings → Install Pack. Assets will automatically be delivered to your server.

Step 3 — Tebex Store Setup

INTRACT uses Tebex webhooks and package identifiers to trigger the customization workflow.

INTRACT Integration Into Tebex

  1. Copy the INTRACT Tebex Webhook URL — the webhook URL is provided by INTRACT.
  2. Add the Webhook Inside Tebex — Tebex Control Panel → Store → Integrations → Webhooks → Endpoints → Add Endpoint. Paste the INTRACT webhook URL, select payment.completed, then save the webhook.

Creating a Package

Each customizable model must be linked to a Tebex package.

  1. Copy the Model Tebex Identifier — open the model settings and copy the unique Tebex Identifier.
  2. Link the Tebex Package — paste the Tebex Identifier into the designated custom field inside your Tebex package settings.
  3. Download Media Assets — download the item GIF or screenshot for the package media section.
  4. Configure the Package — add the package name, description, and price.

Repeat this process until all Pack items are connected to your Tebex store.

Step 4 — Discord Setup

INTRACT includes both internal webhooks and a player-facing Discord bot.

Webhooks

Webhooks are designed for internal server management and should be configured inside private staff channels. Webhooks can track:

  • Tebex lifecycles
  • Pack lifecycles
  • Model lifecycles

Discord Bot

The INTRACT Discord Bot is the player-facing notification system. Install the bot into your Discord server to receive automated notifications for:

  • Contest submissions
  • Customization approvals
  • In-game delivery notifications

All notifications can automatically include player mentions, customization GIFs, and customization thumbnails.

Bot Verification

  1. Verify Your Organization — use /verify and paste your organization secret to complete verification.
  2. Configure Notification Channels — use /setchannel to set the Discord channels for contest, approval, and in-game notifications.

Step 5 — Contest Setup

INTRACT contests are designed to drive player engagement, social sharing, creator participation, and Tebex conversions.

  1. Open Contest Setup — Dashboard Sidebar → Contest
  2. Create a Contest Pack — separate from your standard clothing Packs.
  3. Configure Contest Details — add a contest name, start date, and end date.
  4. Select Contest Assets — choose 2 assets from an existing Pack.
  5. Configure Complimentary AI Credits — select the number of complimentary AI credits players can use during the contest (maximum: 3 credits).
  6. Create Contest — finalize and launch the contest.
  7. Create Tebex Contest Packages — add the contest items to your Tebex store using the same Tebex setup workflow above.
  8. Configure Contest Discord Channel — create a dedicated Contest channel in your Discord server and connect it using the INTRACT Discord Bot. Player submissions will automatically post into the configured channel with attached previews and player mentions.
