Discord Webhook Integration

INTRACT supports Discord webhook integrations for operational notifications tied to customization activity on your server. This allows server owners to receive alerts when:

  • Players purchase customizable clothing through Tebex
  • INTRACT workflows are triggered
  • Customization activity begins inside the platform

Webhook notifications help server teams monitor customization activity in real time directly through Discord.

Discord Contest Bot

The INTRACT Contest Bot is designed specifically for community contest workflows. When a player submits a contest entry:

  • A 5-second turntable GIF is automatically generated
  • The player's Discord handle is tagged
  • The submission is posted publicly to the server's selected Discord channel

Contest submissions are typically posted inside channels such as #contest, #contest-entries, or #customization-showcase — though server owners can configure any Discord channel they prefer.

Discord In-Game Bot

The INTRACT In-Game Bot notifies players and communities once a customization has officially been delivered into the server. When a customization becomes available in-game:

  • A new turntable GIF is generated
  • The player's Discord handle is tagged
  • The customization is posted publicly to the configured Discord channel

This is triggered via the following actions:

  • Contest
  • Approved Purchases
  • Purchases delivered in-game

This workflow is commonly used in channels such as #custom-clothing, #new-customizations, #purchases, or #player-creations.

In-Game Delivery Triggers

The In-Game Bot activates when the customization has officially entered the live server environment. This typically occurs:

  • After a server restart during automated deployment workflows
  • After the server owner manually rebuilds and deploys the Pack during manual workflows

This notification serves two purposes:

  • Letting the player know their customization is now live in-game
  • Showing the wider community that players are actively creating and receiving custom clothing

This creates a natural social and monetization loop inside the server community.

Player Identity Linking

If the server collects player Discord information during the Tebex purchase flow, INTRACT can associate the player's Discord handle, Tebex purchase data, and FiveM ID together inside the platform.

This allows Discord notifications and social posts to correctly identify and tag the player associated with the customization.

Flexible Discord Setup

INTRACT supports multiple Discord integration methods depending on how the server prefers to configure workflows. Supported methods include:
