INTRACT is free for GTA RP server owners to set up and operate. There are:

  • No upfront setup fees
  • No monthly platform fees
  • No onboarding costs

Servers can create Packs, connect Tebex, launch customization workflows, and begin selling player-created cosmetics without paying INTRACT upfront.

How INTRACT Makes Money

Players continue purchasing directly through your existing Tebex store while INTRACT powers the customization infrastructure behind the scenes. This includes:

  • AI generation systems
  • Clothing customization workflows
  • Pack management
  • Moderation systems
  • Deployment infrastructure

To help servers launch without upfront costs, INTRACT does not activate billing until a server reaches:

  • $100 USD in customization GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)

Once this threshold is reached:

  • The server owner connects a payment method through INTRACT
  • INTRACT begins a recurring 30-day billing cycle
  • INTRACT charges a 10% platform fee based on customization revenue generated through the platform

This allows INTRACT to scale alongside your server while keeping onboarding accessible for communities of all sizes.

Billing & Platform Responsibilities

Tebex and FiveM continue operating independently as the server's commerce and platform infrastructure. This means:

  • Tebex continues processing all player purchases (Merchant of Record)
  • Server owners keep full ownership of their storefront and checkout flow
  • INTRACT separately bills for platform usage and customization infrastructure services

At the end of each billing cycle:

  • The server owner receives a billing notification email
  • The upcoming charge amount is provided
  • INTRACT processes payment two (2) days later using the payment method on file

This structure allows INTRACT to operate as a customization infrastructure layer while Tebex remains the player-facing commerce platform.
