Approval & Final Delivery

Review & Approval System

INTRACT includes a built-in review queue that allows server staff to moderate, approve, and manage player customizations before deployment.

All player submissions appear directly inside the server owner's INTRACT dashboard under the Tebex Purchases section.

Submission Review Queue

Each submission contains:

  • Player information
  • Clothing asset information
  • Uploaded customization files
  • AI-generated images
  • Moderation history
  • Current approval status

This allows server staff to manage customization workflows from a centralized dashboard.

3D Preview System

Admins can preview:

  • The original clothing asset
  • Final customized versions
  • Uploaded player images
  • AI-generated assets
  • AI-rejected uploads

The review interface includes both real-time 3D previews and direct image / file inspection. This allows moderators to review submissions visually before approving them for deployment.

Before & After Comparison

The review system allows server staff to compare original clothing assets against final customized outputs so moderators quickly understand what was changed during the customization process.

Approval & Rejection Controls

Server staff can:

  • Approve submissions
  • Reject submissions
  • Cancel purchases

When rejecting a submission, moderators can provide a rejection reason. The rejection reason is automatically included in the email sent back to the player to fix and resubmit the customization for approval.

Status Tracking

Each customization moves through a structured status pipeline:

  • In Progress
  • In Review
  • Rejected
  • Approved

Both staff and players can track where a customization currently exists in the workflow.

Multi-Admin Support

Any team member with access to the server's INTRACT organization can participate in the review process. Moderation responsibilities can be shared across:

  • Staff teams
  • Clothing departments
  • Community managers
  • Artist teams

Notifications

Player Notifications

Players receive email notifications related to:

  • Submission updates
  • Rejection status
  • Approval status

Discord Notifications

INTRACT also includes Discord integration for server owners. Discord notifications can alert staff about:

  • New submissions
  • Pending reviews
  • Approval workflows
  • Lifecycle updates for pack(s)
  • Individual model updates (added, deleted, etc.)

Approval History

INTRACT maintains a full approval history for customization submissions, allowing staff to review:

  • Previous moderation actions
  • Approval decisions
  • Rejection history
  • Workflow changes over time

Player Delivery Workflow

Once a customization is approved, INTRACT begins the delivery workflow based on the deployment method configured by the server owner.

Approval Notification

After a customization is approved, the player receives an email notification from INTRACT confirming that their submission has been Approved. This email informs the player that their customization has entered the delivery phase.

Delivery Timing

The exact time it takes for a customization to become available in-game depends on the deployment workflow used by the server (in addition to scheduled restarts by the server).

Supported deployment methods:

  • Manual Deployment
  • Automated Deployment
  • Hybrid Deployment

Because each server operates differently, final delivery timing may vary between communities.

Player Assignment

Instead:

  • The finalized customization is delivered to the server
  • The server owner determines how the clothing item is distributed in-game based on their clothing inventory system
  • The server owner communicates the assigned clothing slot directly to the player (most servers handle this through Discord)

FiveM ID Handling

Once the approved Pack is delivered to the server, management of clothing slot assignment, in-game distribution, and player access becomes the responsibility of the server owner.

Joining The Server

After the server owner confirms deployment, the player simply joins the server normally to access their new customization. No additional commands or setup are required from the player.

Post-Deployment Communication

After delivery, most server owners notify players through Discord tickets, Discord messages, or community support channels. At this point, INTRACT is no longer directly involved in the player delivery workflow.
